What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
  • Flat ₹59 below that — one charge for the whole order, not per stem.
  • No packaging fee, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. We hand over to the courier within 1 business day, shipping Monday to Saturday. Bouquets and trailing stems are boxed at full length rather than folded, which is why an artificial-flower carton looks larger than its weight suggests.

How long it takes

Metro addresses
2–4 business days in transit. Counting handling, most metro orders land inside 3–9 business days of confirmation.

Rest of India
4–8 business days in transit. Remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two; we ship with Blue Dart / XpressBees.

Where we deliver

Within India only. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. PIN codes outside the courier network are flagged at checkout, before you pay.

Paying and tracking

Pay by UPI in advance or choose Cash on Delivery and settle with the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout says so. A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over — if nothing has moved for 48 hours, tell us and we chase the courier rather than sending you to do it.
