Two ways to pay. Nothing stored.
Solivar Lounge takes UPI and Cash on Delivery, and shows every charge before you confirm. This page explains both routes and how a refund travels back to you.
The two options
Paying by UPI
Choose UPI and approve the collect request in whichever app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. It clears in seconds and the order moves straight into packing. Your UPI PIN and bank credentials are entered in your own app and never reach this website.
Cash on Delivery
Select Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when your order arrives. Having the right amount ready speeds up the handover. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a small number of remote locations are prepaid-only and checkout says so before you commit.
Tax and invoicing
Solivar Lounge is a small individual seller operating below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the delivery charge where one applies.
Delivery charge at checkout
Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free. Below that a flat ₹59 is added and shown on the payment screen before you confirm — never after.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds return to the original UPI account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Cancellation refunds take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a return take 7 business days. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
